After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Ramón Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot. When Victor Moura came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Arceburgo EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Moura couldn't finish the play. With his leg Wilson Baiano managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Arceburgo EC's Caio Vinhas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 15 played minutes Arceburgo EC got a freekick which was hit by Lauro Vasconcelos. In the 27th minute Victor Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Baiano made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Caio Vinhas sent off a good shot on target. Engano SC's Wilson Baiano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Engano SC from getting a goal against them. Vladimir Travassos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Caio Vinhas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Arceburgo EC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Lauro Vasconcelos hit a great ball. Victor Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Baiano having to interfere. Arceburgo EC's Victor Moura got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victor Moura struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Wilson Baiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arceburgo EC.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ramón Melo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ramón Melo in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Léo Borges, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Caio Vinhas struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Wilson Baiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arceburgo EC. Dorival Seco made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Engano SC's Tostão Faustino. After 68 played minutes Arceburgo EC got a freekick which was hit by Dorival Seco. After 73 played minutes Engano SC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fabiano Souto. Hélder Leme kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Wilson Baiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caio Vinhas in the 81st minute of the match. Arceburgo EC's Victor Moura got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
