Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marcus Veloso started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filipe Amaral got free with Sílvio Andrade in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dráusio de Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Veloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filipe Amaral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Sílvio Andrade made a huge save. Sílvio Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Soto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Romeu Arruda came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Rio Claro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeu Arruda couldn't finish the play. If Pedro Luiz dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Marcus Veloso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dráusio de Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Rio Claro FC's Sílvio Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Lira in the 39th minute of play. With a little luck, Rio Claro FC's Sílvio Andrade got control of the ball when Ricardo Macedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dráusio de Sena came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Rio Claro FC's Pedro Luiz dos Santos. But to his dismay, Pedro Luiz dos Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ricardo Macedo to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ricardo Macedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sílvio Andrade was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 56 minutes into the match, S.E.Gama's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Veloso came free, but Dráusio de Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Rio Claro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Amaral came free, but Sílvio Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sílvio Andrade didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silverio Soto went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Dráusio de Sena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Veloso in the 63rd minute of play. Pedro Luiz dos Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Dráusio de Sena made a huge save. Luís Paulo Toscano lost his temper 67 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. S.E.Gama:s Dráusio de Sena showed great skill when he stopped Falcão Sena:s penalty. After a long run with the ball, Falcão Sena did a trick in the 70th minute in front of S.E.Gama's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 3-2. An impressive performance by Rio Claro FC's Falcão Sena! A collision led to S.E.Gama getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Charles Trigo hit a great ball. Rio Claro FC's Falcão Sena shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 77th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dráusio de Sena but with some difficulty. Rio Claro FC's Nildo dos Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nildo dos Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerson Meirelles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Andrade having to interfere. In the 95thth minute of the game Marcus Veloso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.E.Gama's Dráusio de Sena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. S.E.Gama's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
