Allan Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. André Luís Messias took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Allan Ortiz. Allan Ortiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Montezinho's Jardel Messias in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Irapua's goalie prevented a goal. Jardel Messias struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Allan Ortiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montezinho. Irapua's Allan Ortiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jardel Messias in the 39th minute of play. In the 47th minute, André Luís Messias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jardel Messias to strike the kick off in the second half. If Jean Paraense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. Allan Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jardel Messias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Irapua's Allan Ortiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Irapua from getting a goal against them. The Montezinho players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
