Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tião Jacinto took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cido de Salles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gláuber Toscano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Edvaldo Hames had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ademar Paranaense. Pupuri SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edvaldo Hames was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 19th minute, Edvaldo Hames reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ademar Paranaense. The goal made the score 2-1. A collision led to Descanso getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Silvinho Correia hit a great ball. Pupuri SS's Ademar Paranaense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvaldo Hames in the 32nd minute of play. Ademar Paranaense made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Conrado Catarinense sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 34 minutes, Conrado Catarinense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Descanso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrado Catarinense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Descanso booed when Pupuri SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Breckenfeld didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Narciso Breckenfeld was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pupuri SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Descanso the free kick. After a rather tough play, Pupuri SS's Narciso Breckenfeld got a free kick in the 40th minute. When Descanso's Edvaldo Hames, in the 42nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Descanso. In the 45th minute Edvaldo Hames shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademar Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edvaldo Hames made a kick off. Ademar Paranaense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edvaldo Hames went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Edvaldo Hames managed to get in a good position for a shot. Descanso's supporters rose to their feet, but Edvaldo Hames was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ademar Paranaense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Conrado Catarinense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Ademar Paranaense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Pupuri SS's goal looked a bit too open when Edvaldo Hames came free, but Ademar Paranaense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nildo Barbosa during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 72 played minutes Pupuri SS got a freekick which was hit by Nildo Barbosa. In the 75th minute, Conrado Catarinense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ademar Paranaense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvaldo Hames in the 79th minute of the match. If Conrado Catarinense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Catarinense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Ademar Paranaense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Descanso fully deserved thier win.
