After a rather tough play, Crisolia's Pedro Luiz Toscano got a free kick in the 8th minute. Edi Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfredão Penha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gabriel Moraes went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Vito de Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Gabriel Moraes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredão Penha was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 22nd match minute, ABC Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis-Javier Estrada to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Vito de Queirós had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maurício Couto. ABC Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vito de Queirós was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Emílio Silveira's late challenge caught a ABC Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emílio Silveira helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes Crisolia got a freekick which was hit by Emílio Silveira. In the 31st minute, Luiz Gustavo Arantes made a precise shot to the right of Maurício Couto. ABC Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Luiz Gustavo Arantes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurício Couto having to interfere. Vito de Queiróss short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Maurício Couto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. ABC Futebol Clube's Maurício Couto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save ABC Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Crisolia's Vito de Queirós slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maurício Couto. That made the score 3-2 after 40 minutes of play. Evandro da Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

The wind increased when Edi Souza made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, ABC Futebol Clube's Dorian Araújo got a free kick in the 60th minute. After 62nd play minutes Edi Souza shot 3-3, a short shot which went by Alfredão Penha and just under the crossbar into goal. 66 minutes into the match, ABC Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Gustavo Arantes came free, but Maurício Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorian Araújo hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After 72 minutes of play Crisolia's Emílio Silveira was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Emílio Silveira hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Alfredão Penha was a little too slow when Gabriel Moraes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 3-4. Maurício Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito de Queirós in the 80th minute of play. When ABC Futebol Clube's Edi Souza in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Crisolia's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Crisolia's Pedro Luiz Toscano got a free kick in the 83rd minute. If Edi Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edi Souza scored 3-5 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredão Penha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over ABC Futebol Clube could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Crisolia throughout the match.
