Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Evaristo Barbosa made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the game, Cléber Meira threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pacuhy's Sidnei Galvão quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 6th minute, Caetano Recife hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silas Pombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sidnei Galvão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Dudu Sampaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silas Pombal in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dudu Sampaio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gernando Mineiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Pacuhy's goal looked a bit too open when Sérgio Loyola came free, but Gernando Mineiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Sidnei Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pacuhy's supporters rose to their feet, but Sidnei Galvão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dudu Sampaio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hortêncio Moreira hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After 22 played minutes, Angatuba's Cléber Meira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gernando Mineiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Angatuba reached it. In the 25th match minute, Pacuhy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dadá Furtado to maneuver through the defense. Gernando Mineiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sérgio Loyola, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Silas Pombal made the kick off in the second half. Ricardo Carioca scored 1-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dudu Sampaio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Diego Quirino succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 57th playminute. The supporters of Pacuhy booed when Angatuba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caetano Recife didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 61 minutes, Evaristo Barbosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Angatuba and the Pacuhy players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st minute, Evaristo Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dadá Furtado hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Angatuba defense, Percival Cerezo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dudu Sampaio. The Angatuba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dudu Sampaio should have stopped the shot. Diego Quirino kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, Ricardo Carioca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Dudu Sampaio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gernando Mineiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Barbosa in the 79th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Angatuba's Caetano Recife got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Angatuba's Caetano Recife got his second yellow card of the match in the 84th minute. The referee ordered Caetano Recife off the ground. A collision led to Angatuba getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Caetano Recife hit a great ball. Gernando Batista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Carlos Arce came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gernando Mineiro could save by the left post. In the 91st minute, Evaristo Barbosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Angatuba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Carlos Arce's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Gernando Mineiro - 3-4 was put on the score board in the 96th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Angatuba had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
