In the 14th minute, Luizinho Freitas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Lisieh EC's Alexsandro Leal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The Lisieh EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The referee felt a red card was in order, 64 minutes into the game, when Moisés Souto put in a rough tackle. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Canamari EC! Caco Esteves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizinho Cunha having to interfere. Severino Barreto took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luizinho Cunha. Luizinho Cunha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. In the 75th minute, Severino Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the game, Alexsandro Leal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luizinho Cunha. Alexsandro Leal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Severino Barreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Luizinho Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Canamari EC's Luizinho Cunha got control of the ball when Caco Esteves tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lisieh EC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
