Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Victor Jacinto kicked off to start the match. Emanuel Ramalho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Vivaldo Gaúcho skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 9thth minute of the game Victor Jacinto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Castanhao's Vivaldo Gaúcho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Victor Jacinto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vivaldo Gaúcho came out and tried to block the shot, but Victor Jacinto slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. Leandro Meireles charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leandro Meireles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leandro Meireles kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Victor Jacinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Vivaldo Gaúcho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuel Ramalhos short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Vivaldo Gaúcho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 36th minute, Dudu Trancoso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donato Branco was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 42nd match minute, Castanhao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabino Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. Geraldo Carioca was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 43rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Victor Jacinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canarama EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Jacinto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vivaldo Gaúcho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dudu Trancoso made a kick off. Victor Jacinto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vivaldo Gaúcho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Castanhao's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Jacinto came free, but Vivaldo Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sabino Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Emanuel Ramalho came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Canarama EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Ramalho couldn't finish the play. Victor Jacinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Vivaldo Gaúcho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Ramalho in the 82nd minute of play forced Castanhao's goalkeeper Vivaldo Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Castanhao booed when Canarama EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manoel Hoffmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Dudu Trancoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victor Jacinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 91 played minutes Castanhao got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Meireles. When the referee ended the match the Canarama EC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
