Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Teodoro Cruz made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Legionários FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gonçalo Vianna came free, but Doriva Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doriva Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Vianna in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, one of Legionários FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Legionários FC:s Doriva Oliveira showed great skill when he stopped Marcel Marques:s penalty. 14 minutes into the match, Legionários FC's goalkeeper Doriva Oliveira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wesley Moreira. 14 minutes into the game, Marcel Urbano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Legionários FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cazuza FC the free kick. Legionários FC's Doriva Oliveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Legionários FC from getting a goal against them. Magno de Sena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wesley Moreira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Doriva Oliveira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Teodoro Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizinho Saldanha having to interfere. Teodoro Cruz scored 0-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luizinho Saldanha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 38 minutes into the match, Cazuza FC's Ernesto Goiano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Doriva Oliveira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Legionários FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcel Marques was slow to take the kick. During this time Cazuza FC's players had a chance to rest. Teodoro Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizinho Saldanha having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wesley Moreira was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Legionários FC's zone, Wesley Moreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doriva Oliveira came out of the goal and Wesley Moreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doriva Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. When Wesley Moreira came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Cazuza FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wesley Moreira couldn't finish the play. Eugênio Queiroz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the game, Cazuza FC's Wesley Moreira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Doriva Oliveira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 63rd minute, Teodoro Cruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wesley Moreira struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Doriva Oliveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cazuza FC. Doriva Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wesley Moreira in the 71st minute of the match. Betinho Neto hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, Wesley Moreira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Doriva Oliveira. Legionários FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wesley Moreira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 79th minute, Wesley Moreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Magno de Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wesley Moreira in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doriva Oliveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wesley Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Doriva Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Mineiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cazuza FC fully deserved thier win.
