Gugu Galvão made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edson Ceresso in the 6th minute of play forced Arapapa's goalkeeper Fernando Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, Robinho Guimarães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Arapapa's Nando Romero got a free kick in the 8th minute. 10 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Pacia's Edson Ceresso fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Guto Arruda successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edson Ceresso in the 16th minute of play forced Arapapa's goalkeeper Fernando Xavier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Donato Pontes came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Arapapa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donato Pontes couldn't finish the play. Guto Arruda didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 20th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Edson Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Xavier having to interfere. When Arapapa's Gugu Galvão in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pacia's goalie prevented a goal. Gugu Galvão succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Donato Pontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Guto Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robinho Guimarães took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Xavier. Fernando Xavier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 42 minutes into the match, Pacia's goalkeeper Guto Arruda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donato Pontes. After 43 played minutes Pacia got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Paraíba. In the 47th minute, Paulo José Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reginaldo Quaresma, 48 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

The wind increased when Edson Ceresso made the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Fernando Xavier successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 56 minutes into the game, Arapapa's Gugu Galvão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guto Arruda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. After 59 played minutes Arapapa got a freekick which was hit by Nilmar Silveira. With an all-out effort, Pacia's Fernando Xavier threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edson Ceresso, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Arapapa's zone, Robinho Guimarães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Xavier came out of the goal and Robinho Guimarães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Gugu Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arapapa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gugu Galvão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guto Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gugu Galvão in the 64th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Gugu Galvão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arapapa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. 69 minutes into the game, Paulo José Tinoco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fernando Xavier. Paulo José Tinoco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. If Donato Pontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pacia's goalkeeper Guto Arruda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arapapa's Fernando Xavier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Arapapa from getting a goal against them. Nando Romero's late challenge caught a Pacia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nando Romero helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Arapapa's Nando Romero got a free kick in the 81st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Fernando Xavier successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Gugu Galvão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Arapapa's Donato Pontes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guto Arruda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arapapa were awarded a corner in the 92th minute after Pacia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Reginaldo Quaresma took the corner. The corner ended in Reginaldo Quaresma almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pacia's Guto Arruda did a great save. Fernando Xavier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edson Ceresso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedrão Mesquita's late challenge caught a Pacia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedrão Mesquita helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Arapapa fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 98th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 100 minutes, Pacia's Gláuber Cearense got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fernando Xavier. Arapapa's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
