Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elder Velloso started the match with the kick off. Paulo Renato Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renatinho Braga in the 3rd minute of the match. The supporters of Itapecoa SC booed when Cascatinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juninho Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caio Mattos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elder Velloso in the 5th minute of the match. After 6 played minutes Cascatinha got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Simões. In the 9th minute, Elder Velloso fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Caio Mattos, passed just outside the right post. In the 14th minute Itapecoa SC were awarded a corner. Oswaldo Veiga went to the cornerflag to take it. After 19 played minutes Cascatinha got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Simões. In the 19th minute, Oswaldo Veiga sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Cascatinha's Caio Mattos didn't even have to move. Elder Velloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wiliam Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute Renatinho Braga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Renato Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Peixoto charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Peixoto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Victor Peixoto kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Elder Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Caio Mattos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Renatinho Braga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Paulo Renato Nascimento was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Cascatinha's Oscar Guerra in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Renatinho Braga to strike the kick off in the second half. When Oscar Guerra, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 51 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Paulo Renato Nascimento was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Itapecoa SC's Paulo Renato Nascimento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Itapecoa SC from getting a goal against them. Oscar Guerra in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paulo Renato Nascimento, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 63 minutes of play, Cascatinha's Renatinho Braga made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Renato Nascimento was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paulo Renato Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renatinho Braga in the 66th minute of play. If Renatinho Braga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gustavo Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Paulo Renato Nascimento didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oscar Guerra went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The Cascatinha players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
