Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Paulinho de Barros started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Itatingui FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valdir Araújo came free, but Gilmar Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulinho de Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Donato dos Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulinho de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clóvis Veloso got free with Donato dos Santos in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 23 played minutes Ilheus SC got a freekick which was hit by Wiliam Teles. In the 26th minute Wiliam Teles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilmar Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulinho de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clóvis Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Donato dos Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd match minute, Ilheus SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorian Valle to maneuver through the defense. Clóvis Veloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulinho de Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato dos Santos having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Cláudio dos Santos made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 62 minutes, Cláudio dos Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ilheus SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cláudio dos Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute, Clóvis Veloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itatingui FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Valdir Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Wiliam Teles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Itatingui FC's Paulinho de Barros in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ilheus SC's goalie prevented a goal. Valdir Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Itatingui FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
