Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Washington de Lara got the match started through his kick off. Betinho Paraibano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovânio Pirani having to interfere. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Paranoa's Aloísio Simão in the 7th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Geovânio Pirani was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Aquidavana FC through an amazing save. Aloísio Simão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovânio Pirani having to interfere. Betinho Paraibano in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Geovânio Pirani, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 16 minutes, Washington de Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aquidavana FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Washington de Lara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Washington de Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Rodriguinho Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Aquidavana FC's Dedé Veloso got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Aquidavana FC's goalkeeper Geovânio Pirani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Betinho Paraibano. Zé Roberto Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Washington de Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Paranoa's goal looked a bit too open when Washington de Lara came free, but Rodriguinho Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ezequiel Travassos hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. If Albertinho Saraiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Washington de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodriguinho Abraão having to interfere. Washington de Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Rodriguinho Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Albertinho Saraiva took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodriguinho Abraão. Rodriguinho Abraão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Albertinho Saraiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st match minute, Paranoa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enio Baptista to maneuver through the defense. Washington de Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Rodriguinho Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Washington de Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodriguinho Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Washington de Lara in the 68th minute of play. Albertinho Saraiva in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rodriguinho Abraão, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rodriguinho Abraão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albertinho Saraiva in the 74th minute. When Ezequiel Travassos fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paranoa's protests and gave Ezequiel Travassos a yellow card for diving instead. Ezequiel Travassos kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The Paranoa players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
