Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vicente Paraense kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Guilherme Lago got free with Fausto Lira in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Bariri EC's Luís Guilherme Lago slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fausto Lira. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Bariri EC's Zézinho Leão got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 12 played minutes Bariri EC got a freekick which was hit by Iuri Veiga. Lejeado SS's Glauco Pirani got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iuri Veiga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fausto Lira came out and tried to block the shot, but Iuri Veiga slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 19th minute. Wágner Vides fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Lira having to interfere. If Luís Guilherme Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Lejeado SS's goal looked a bit too open when Wágner Vides came free, but Fausto Lira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Glauco Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Giovanni Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Glauco Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni Reis having to interfere. Giovanni Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glauco Pirani in the 34th minute of play. If Vicente Paraense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Lejeado SS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luís Guilherme Lago fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fausto Lira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Paraense in the 40th minute of play. Vicente Paraense charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente Paraense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, Bariri EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Paraense to maneuver through the defense. Fausto Lira was a little too slow when Vicente Paraense got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Glauco Pirani made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Bariri EC's Iuri Veiga got a free kick in the 51st minute. Glauco Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Giovanni Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex Barros struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Giovanni Reis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lejeado SS. Ramón Marinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni Reis having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Iuri Veiga notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Lejeado SS's Fausto Lira. Fausto Lira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Bariri EC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Iuri Veiga hit a great ball. Glauco Pirani kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Glauco Pirani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni Reis having to interfere. Fausto Lira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Paulo Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Guilherme Lago in the 74th minute of play forced Lejeado SS's goalkeeper Fausto Lira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lejeado SS's Fausto Lira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Guilherme Lago in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Paulo Fernandes in the 80th minute of play forced Lejeado SS's goalkeeper Fausto Lira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramón Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Giovanni Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Lira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wágner Vides, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Bariri EC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lejeado SS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
