Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when João Augusto Medeiros got the match started through his kick off. After 11 minutes, Ismael Furlan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A Bacacheri and the Bonifacio players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to C.A Bacacheri getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Ismael Furlan hit a great ball. Benjamin Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Renato Hermes in the 13th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Nando Arce managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bonifacio's supporters rose to their feet, but Nando Arce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Vale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Bonifacio booed when C.A Bacacheri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Furlan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjamin Vale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulo Renato Hermes went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute Paulo Renato Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Renato Hermes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nando Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Nando Arce put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Benjamin Vale. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

With a little luck, C.A Bacacheri's Benjamin Vale got control of the ball when Paulo Renato Hermes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paulo Renato Hermes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benjamin Vale read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Benjamin Vale stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nando Arce's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. After having played for 68 minutes, Paulo Renato Hermes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bonifacio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Renato Hermes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. C.A Bacacheri's Benjamin Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nando Arce in the 70th minute of play. In the 77th minute, João Augusto Medeiros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evaristo Vianna was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 86 minutes into the match, João Augusto Medeiros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evaristo Vianna. Bonifacio's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Augusto Medeiros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. C.A Bacacheri's Benjamin Vale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save C.A Bacacheri from getting a goal against them. Bonifacio played a much better game than C.A Bacacheri and deserved their victory. The C.A Bacacheri players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
