Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Refugio AD's João Vítor Zilles started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Refugio AD got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldinho dos Santos. In the 7th minute João Vítor Zilles suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 7 minutes, Filipe dos Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Miracatu and the Refugio AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Guilherme Gomes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vito de Godoy in the 12th minute of the match. When José Pedro Rodrigues fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Refugio AD's protests and gave José Pedro Rodrigues a yellow card for diving instead. José Pedro Rodrigues hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Vito de Godoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guilherme Gomes having to interfere. After having played for 16 minutes, Paulinho Abraão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Refugio AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulinho Abraão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Miracatu booed when Refugio AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Pedro Rodrigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. Natanael Mello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guilherme Gomes having to interfere. A collision led to Refugio AD getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Mazinho Penha hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Célio de Amaral sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Refugio AD's Guilherme Gomes didn't even have to move. Guilherme Gomes came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Miracatu's Natanael Mello. But to his dismay, Natanael Mello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Vito de Godoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Guilherme Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Mazinho Penha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Refugio AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miracatu the free kick. The supporters of Miracatu booed when Refugio AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mazinho Penha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Natanael Mello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulinho Abraão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardinho Xavier having to interfere. If Paulinho Abraão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vito de Godoy made a kick off. Paulinho Abraão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. William Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Ricardinho Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulinho Abraão in the 59th minute of the match. Ricardinho Xavier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulinho Abraão went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 67 minutes into the match, Cristiano Catarinense dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Guilherme Gomes, 1-2. In the 71st minute, Juvenal de Lara had to leave the field with a concussion. After 71 minutes, Pedrinho Sá mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Refugio AD and the Miracatu players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Refugio AD getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Pedrinho Sá hit a great ball. Paulinho Abraão might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricardinho Xavier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulinho Abraão ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Miracatu's Célio de Amaral got a free kick in the 81st minute. Ricardinho Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulinho Abraão in the 82nd minute of play. Natanael Mello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guilherme Gomes having to interfere. Paulinho Abraão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Refugio AD's zone, Natanael Mello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guilherme Gomes came out of the goal and Natanael Mello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miracatu's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
