Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Buenolandia EC's Wanderson Brito started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Walmir Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tião Guedes having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Leria's Délio Penha got a free kick in the 7th minute. Buenolandia EC's William Valladares couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 8th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Leria. In the 10thth minute of the game Wanderson Brito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leria's Tião Guedes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Walmir Tróia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Wanderson Brito put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Tião Guedes. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 20th minute of the game. One of Buenolandia EC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Leria:s goal. Eduardo Dionísio was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Renan Arantes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Renan Arantes really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. The audience was convinced that Renan Arantes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eduardo Dionísio was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. 34 minutes into the game, Fiori Dionísio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buenolandia EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leria the free kick. In the 34th minute, Fiori Dionísio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Renan Arantes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Eduardo Dionísio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percy Silva in the 39th minute of play forced Leria's goalkeeper Tião Guedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Délio Penha kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Tião Guedes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walmir Tróia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Renan Arantes to strike the kick off in the second half. Walmir Tróia struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Tião Guedes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buenolandia EC. After a defensive mix-up in Leria's zone, Percy Silva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tião Guedes came out of the goal and Percy Silva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flavinho Massa charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flavinho Massa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Leria booed when Buenolandia EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavinho Massa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Buenolandia EC's Walmir Tróia got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Delfim Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Eduardo Dionísio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leria's Tião Guedes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Leria from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes into the match, Buenolandia EC's Walmir Tróia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tião Guedes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Walmir Tróia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Buenolandia EC's Walmir Tróia got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eduardo Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renan Arantes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Leria fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Buenolandia EC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
