Eliodor Durbacă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Pinheiro having to interfere. In the 8th match minute, Marreca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeu Luz to maneuver through the defense. Faustão Machado hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Ademar Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Ademar Mendonça could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Haroldo Pinheiro however easily saved by the left post. After 22 minutes of play, Uacurizal's Ademar Mendonça made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haroldo Pinheiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dobromir Sobczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Pinheiro having to interfere. Marreca's Haroldo Pinheiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Marreca from getting a goal against them. 30 minutes into the match, Marco Mello notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Uacurizal's Dedê de Queiroz. Dedê de Queiroz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marreca's Haroldo Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enéas de Amaral in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Ademar Mendonça dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Haroldo Pinheiro, 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ademar Mendonça stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 85th minute, Edson Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Ademar Mendonça sped through Marreca's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Haroldo Pinheiro. Uacurizal's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
