Timetendo's supporters rose to their feet, but Mazinho Fonseca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino Paes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dino Paes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paco Sobczak in the 24th minute. Bernardo Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Weverton Marcos having to interfere. If Gustavo Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrianinho Santos's late challenge caught a Timetendo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrianinho Santos helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Moxoto getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Adrianinho Santos hit a great ball. Gustavo Vieira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paco Sobczak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Dino Paes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustavo Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernardo Amorim was the one to do the kick off. Mazinho Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moxoto's Frédson Viana got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Weverton Marcos was a little too slow when Bernardo Amorim got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-1. After a rather tough play, Moxoto's Christiano Diniz got a free kick in the 74th minute. The Moxoto fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Moxoto's Bernardo Amorim looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Paco Sobczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Paes having to interfere. Timetendo's Gustavo Vieira got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Vieira in the 87th minute of play forced Moxoto's goalkeeper Dino Paes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Golo Kante blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dino Paes having to make a save. After 90 minutes of play, Timetendo's Paco Sobczak made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dino Paes was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Mazinho Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Timetendo's supporters rose to their feet, but Mazinho Fonseca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino Paes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chants of Moxoto echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Timetendo had held the ball for most of the match.
