Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edvaldo de Godoy made the kick off which started today's match. When Frederico Moreira came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Argirita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frederico Moreira couldn't finish the play. Edvaldo de Godoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute, Frederico Moreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cláudio Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Queiroz having to interfere. Frederico Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osvaldinho Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederico Moreira in the 27th minute of play. If Cláudio Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusébio Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cláudio Teixeira in the 36th minute of play. Eusébio Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovani Corrêa in the 39th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Santi FC's Geovani Corrêa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eusébio Queiroz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 43 minutes into the match, Argirita's goal looked a bit too open when Geovani Corrêa came free, but Eusébio Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eusébio Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovani Corrêa in the 46th minute of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Geovani Corrêa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geovani Corrêa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Eusébio Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovani Corrêa in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio Teixeira in the 55th minute of play forced Argirita's goalkeeper Eusébio Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Edvaldo de Godoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edvaldo de Godoy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Osvaldinho Silveira having to make a save. Frederico Moreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Osvaldinho Silveira made a huge save. Geovani Corrêa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juan Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Geovani Corrêa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Geovani Corrêa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusébio Queiroz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Geovani Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusébio Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovani Corrêa in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovani Corrêa in the 81st minute of play forced Argirita's goalkeeper Eusébio Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geovani Corrêa in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eusébio Queiroz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th match minute, Santi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute Edvaldo de Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldinho Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frederico Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ian Loureiro hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute, Edvaldo de Godoy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Argirita's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
