Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luís Gustavo de Medeiros took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Gustavo de Medeiros in the 4th minute of play forced Franz AG's goalkeeper Delfim Baptista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Gustavo de Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute, Luizinho Sabóia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delfim Baptista was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Delfim Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raí Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernando Saldanha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pedro Luiz Sampaio struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Olavo Torres didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Franz AG. Franz AG's Fernando Saldanha got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Delfim Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Gustavo de Medeiros in the 27th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes Franz AG got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luiz Sampaio. Delfim Baptista came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Chorozinho's Emanuel de Sena. But to his dismay, Emanuel de Sena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 35th minute, Luís Eduardo Oliveira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olavo Torres was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After some careless play in the Franz AG defense, Luís Gustavo de Medeiros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delfim Baptista. The Franz AG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delfim Baptista should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute Luís Gustavo de Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Baptista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Franz AG's Delfim Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Gustavo de Medeiros in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Chorozinho booed when Franz AG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Luiz Sampaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chorozinho's zone, Luís Eduardo Oliveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olavo Torres came out of the goal and Luís Eduardo Oliveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Franz AG's Pedro Luiz Sampaio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Albertinho Toledo, made in the 61st minute of the game. Delfim Baptista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Gustavo de Medeiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Luís Eduardo Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Luís Eduardo Oliveira came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Franz AG fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Eduardo Oliveira couldn't finish the play. After 75 played minutes Chorozinho got a freekick which was hit by Gláuber Sabóia. Franz AG's Delfim Baptista proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Franz AG from getting a goal against them. Luís Gustavo de Medeiros let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 83rd minute shot 1-4 at rihgt post. When Chorozinho's Luís Gustavo de Medeiros in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Franz AG's goalie prevented a goal. 88 minutes into the match, Franz AG's goalkeeper Delfim Baptista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel de Sena. The audience was convinced that Raí Soares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Delfim Baptista was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. The Franz AG supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chorozinho's performance. The match ended with a win for Chorozinho.
