Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Délio Maranhense took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 5 minutes, Mário Rocha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Missoes and the Ventura players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Missoes's Mário Rocha got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute of the match Tião Abreu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adrianinho Camargo skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Missoes getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Edu Donato hit a great ball. Ventura's Tião Abreu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Missoes. In the 11th minute, Délio Maranhense made a precise shot to the right of Adrianinho Camargo. Missoes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Délio Maranhense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fábio Furtado let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 19th minute shot 1-1 at rihgt post. After having played for 24 minutes, Délio Maranhense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ventura's supporters crossed their fingers, but Délio Maranhense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Délio Maranhense notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Missoes's Adrianinho Camargo. Adrianinho Camargo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Missoes's Adrianinho Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Délio Maranhense in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristiano Vargas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Adrianinho Camargo made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Leonel Macedo sent off a good shot on target. 54 minutes into the match, Ventura's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Vargas came free, but Célio Alvarenga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedrinho Vander hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Tião Abreu fired a really elegant long shot, but Adrianinho Camargo threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Adrianinho Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Délio Maranhense in the 62nd minute of the match. Fábio Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th match minute, Missoes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdemar Seco to maneuver through the defense. Ventura's Célio Alvarenga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fábio Furtado in the 81st minute of play. Missoes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Leonel Macedo scored to the left of an out of position Adrianinho Camargo, making the score, 1-4. 89 minutes into the match, Ventura's goal looked a bit too open when Fábio Furtado came free, but Célio Alvarenga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonel Macedo got free with Adrianinho Camargo in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ventura had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
