Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ara's Miguel de Brito started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 minutes, Evandro Favoretto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CP MZF and the Ara players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 minutes of play CP MZF's Evandro Favoretto was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Evandro Favoretto hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Ara's Andrézinho Arantes tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in CP MZF's zone, Miguel de Brito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evandro Queiroz came out of the goal and Miguel de Brito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th minute, Ara's Miguel de Brito dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 16th minute, Ezequiel Furlan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Miguel de Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Miguel de Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ara's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel de Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evandro Queiroz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, Ara's Evandro Queiroz threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Miguel de Brito, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Caio Gonçalves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Correia having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caio Gonçalves in the 30th minute of play forced Ara's goalkeeper Noel Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ara getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Jorginho Aparecido hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the game, José Vítor Campidelis lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Evandro Queiroz. Miguel de Brito hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. With a little luck, CP MZF's Evandro Queiroz got control of the ball when José Vítor Campidelis tried to sneak it across the goal line. José Vítor Campidelis might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Evandro Queiroz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Vítor Campidelis ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Caio Gonçalves made a kick off. If José Vítor Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute, Miguel de Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Vítor Campidelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evandro Queiroz having to interfere. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind CP MZF's goalkeeper Evandro Queiroz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Miguel de Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the game, Ara's José Vítor Campidelis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Evandro Queiroz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 72nd minute Miguel de Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evandro Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If José Vítor Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Deivid Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the game, José Vítor Campidelis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Evandro Queiroz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Miguel de Brito sped through CP MZF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Evandro Queiroz. When José Vítor Campidelis came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Ara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Vítor Campidelis couldn't finish the play. If José Vítor Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the game, Miguel de Brito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Evandro Queiroz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Ara players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
