Diamantino Arce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gláuber Branco got free with Gabriel Freitas in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute, Fellipe Rossi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chupador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Diamantino Arce sped through Rudado EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luiz Guilherme Dracena. In the 21st minute, Gláuber Branco fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 27th minute Fellipe Rossi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Guilherme Dracena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gláuber Branco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Gabriel Freitas made a huge save. Wanderson Eger hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Gláuber Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rudado EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gláuber Branco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gláuber Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Renatinho Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gabriel Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renatinho Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Renatinho Rocha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renatinho Rocha in the 53rd minute of play forced Chupador's goalkeeper Gabriel Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fellipe Rossi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arí Moreno hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 69 played minutes, Rudado EC's Diguinho Botelho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gabriel Freitas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rudado EC reached it. Renatinho Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Gabriel Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gláuber Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th match minute, Chupador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flávio Hames to maneuver through the defense. After 80 played minutes Rudado EC got a freekick which was hit by Gláuber Branco. After some careless play in the Chupador defense, Gláuber Branco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Freitas. The Chupador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Freitas should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Gláuber Branco sped through Chupador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gabriel Freitas. If Renatinho Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
