In the 7th minute, Sandrinho Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to AtalaiaFC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ulisses Cabral hit a great ball. Eduardo Lima charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduardo Lima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Eduardo Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chupador's Laércio Marques couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 12th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for AtalaiaFC. In the 14th minute, Diamantino Arce left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chupador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Fellipe Rossi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cafu Teles having to interfere. Cafu Teles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute Diamantino Arce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cafu Teles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AtalaiaFC's Sandrinho Sousa came free and shot a quick shot against goal 26 minutes in the game, fortunately Gabriel Freitas had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Cafu Teles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Fellipe Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermínio de Queirós couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Chupador getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Gabriel Rosa hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the game, Chupador's Fellipe Rossi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cafu Teles made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Chupador's Diamantino Arce got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Sandrinho Sousa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Freitas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Chupador's goal looked a bit too open when Hermínio de Queirós came free, but Gabriel Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, AtalaiaFC's goalkeeper Cafu Teles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fellipe Rossi. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind AtalaiaFC's goalkeeper Cafu Teles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Chupador had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
