Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ricardo Jacinto started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Jairo Paiva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adonis's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Paiva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Meira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Paiva in the 11th minute of play forced Rio Branco VN's goalkeeper Miguel Meira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Jairo Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Meira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas de Godoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Miguel Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Rio Branco VN got a freekick which was hit by Cleiton Botelho. Lucas de Godoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute of the match Adriano Luz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Miguel Meira skillfully saved the ball. In the 36th minute Lucas de Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Meira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Diguinho Cordeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leopoldo Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Meira having to interfere.

The wind increased when Lucas de Godoy made the kick off in the second half. Elivélton Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diguinho Cordeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Décio Tepedino's late challenge caught a Rio Branco VN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Décio Tepedino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, Adonis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Décio Tepedino to maneuver through the defense. Lucas de Godoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Meira having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Lucas de Godoy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miguel Meira was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. If Reginaldo de Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot by Maurinho Leme from long distance, 82 minutes into the match, got Miguel Meira's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Rio Branco VN's Miguel Meira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Rio Branco VN from getting a goal against them. Lucas de Godoy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Miguel Meira came out and tried to block the shot, but Lucas de Godoy slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 86th minute. If Ricardo Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Adonis players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
