Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luís Paulo Passos took the kick off in the first half of the match. Egídio Bezerra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michel Vasconcelos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roberto Severo in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michel Vasconcelos saved Oquinimia from getting behind. The supporters of Principe FC booed when Oquinimia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denílson de Sena didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Principe FC's Roberto Severo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Michel Vasconcelos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Egídio Bezerra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Principe FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Egídio Bezerra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel Vasconcelos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roberto Severo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Michel Vasconcelos made a huge save. Carlos Fernando Prata charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Fernando Prata the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Principe FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Carlos Fernando Prata hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agnaldo Cunha during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th minute, Agnaldo Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Sarmento took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Robinho de Godoi. Principe FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 19th minute, Roberto Severo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Egídio Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Oquinimia's Edgar Lima in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Principe FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Principe FC's Agnaldo Cunha got a free kick in the 34th minute. The Principe FC fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Principe FC's Egídio Bezerra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Principe FC's Roberto Severo in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oquinimia's goalie prevented a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roberto Severo made a kick off. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Roberto Severo sped through Oquinimia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Michel Vasconcelos. Principe FC's Robinho de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Paulo Passos in the 63rd minute of play. If Luís Paulo Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michel Vasconcelos came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Principe FC's Roberto Severo. But to his dismay, Roberto Severo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Michel Vasconcelos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Severo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Robinho de Godoi made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Haroldo Quirino sent off a good shot on target. If Roberto Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Principe FC booed when Oquinimia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Quirino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michel Vasconcelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egídio Bezerra in the 85th minute of play. Roberto Severo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michel Vasconcelos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play.
