Emanuel Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Prestes in the 88th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Eurico Meirelles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emanuel Quadros. Corinthos s.c.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eurico Meirelles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Taboleiro's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
