Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Aílton Paraense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerson Eger in the 5th minute. The supporters of Araujo SC booed when Silves SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oséas de Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gerson Eger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerson Eger's late challenge caught a Silves SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerson Eger helped the player get up and apologised. Gerson Eger hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Araujo SC's Valdemar da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Freire in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th minute Augusto Zanette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aílton Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes in the game, Gerson Eger fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aílton Paraense having to interfere. Augusto Zanette had several of the Silves SS's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 28 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Aílton Paraense as he didn't even see the shot coming. Gerson Eger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aílton Paraense having to interfere. Aílton Paraense came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Araujo SC's Gerson Eger. But to his dismay, Gerson Eger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Augusto Zanette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Aílton Paraense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silves SS's Aílton Paraense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Silves SS from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Augusto Zanette to strike the kick off in the second half. Aílton Paraense came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Araujo SC's Gerson Eger. But to his dismay, Gerson Eger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 59th minute, Augusto Zanette left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Araujo SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Gerson Eger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Araujo SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerson Eger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aílton Paraense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zé Alagoano during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Silves SS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronaldinho Pires during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 85 minutes, Zé Cabral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Araujo SC and the Silves SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Araujo SC's Zé Cabral got a free kick in the 85th minute. Silves SS's Zé Alagoano shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 86th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Valdemar da Costa but with some difficulty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerson Eger in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aílton Paraense saved Silves SS from getting behind. After having played for 92 minutes, Gerson Eger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Araujo SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerson Eger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute Gerson Eger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aílton Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aílton Paraense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Zanette in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Araujo SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
