Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Afonso Aparecido took the kick off in the first half of the match. Afonso Aparecido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Luís Eduardo Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 played minutes Inter Florida E.C got a freekick which was hit by Thiago Trancoso. If Jacinto Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Vivaldo de Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aníbal Netto kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evaristo Passos in the 26th minute of play forced Inter Florida E.C's goalkeeper Dé Paraense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacinto Maia struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Luís Eduardo Medeiros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter Florida E.C. Luís Eduardo Medeiros made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Jacinto Maia sent off a good shot on target. Giovani Baiano's late challenge caught a Ponde's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giovani Baiano helped the player get up and apologised. After 36 played minutes Inter Florida E.C got a freekick which was hit by Giovani Baiano. 39 minutes into the match, Inter Florida E.C's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Passos came free, but Dé Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacinto Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evaristo Passos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Vivaldo de Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the last second Dé Paraense throw himself and got hold of the ball when Evaristo Passos in the 54thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Vivaldo de Sena in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dé Paraense, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Afonso Aparecido kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. If Evaristo Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Vivaldo de Sena came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Ponde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vivaldo de Sena couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute Jacinto Maia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Eduardo Medeiros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso Aparecido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Eduardo Medeiros having to interfere. Filipe Teixeira charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filipe Teixeira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Filipe Teixeira hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When David Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ponde's protests and gave David Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. Dé Paraense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Passos in the 81st minute of play. Inter Florida E.C's Dé Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Passos in the 83rd minute of play. Evaristo Passos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vivaldo de Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1-0 became the score in the 94th minute when Afonso Aparecido elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Inter Florida E.C players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
