A hard shot 12 in the game by Hílton Corrêa from a close distance when the talented Roberto Marques managed to make a qualified save. C.A Brasileiros Juniors's players were relieved. 19 minutes into the game, Sidnei Velloso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Albertinho Mello was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rdth minute of the game Sidnei Velloso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DGorges's Albertinho Mello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Eusébio Peres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matías Mumbach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, DGorges's Digo de Brito got a free kick in the 28th minute. Hílton Corrêa charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hílton Corrêa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to DGorges getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Hílton Corrêa hit a great ball. Matías Mumbach's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Roberto Marques skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 38 minutes into the match, Hílton Corrêa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roberto Marques. C.A Brasileiros Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hílton Corrêa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. C.A Brasileiros Juniors's Roberto Marques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save C.A Brasileiros Juniors from getting a goal against them. The DGorges players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.A Brasileiros Juniors were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matías Mumbach to make the kick off. Roberto Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Mumbach in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 played minutes DGorges got a freekick which was hit by Digo de Brito. In the 57th minute, Digo de Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Eusébio Peres managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A Brasileiros Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusébio Peres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albertinho Mello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 63 played minutes C.A Brasileiros Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Mattos. 64 minutes into the game, DGorges's Matías Mumbach nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roberto Marques made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. With a little luck, DGorges's Albertinho Mello got control of the ball when Sidnei Velloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Digo de Brito's late challenge caught a C.A Brasileiros Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Digo de Brito helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to DGorges getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Digo de Brito hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sidnei Velloso got free with Albertinho Mello in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the game, Marquinhos Mumbach was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DGorges's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A Brasileiros Juniors the free kick.
