Gugu Munhoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgílio Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 played minutes Rebojo SS got a freekick which was hit by Murilo Cardoso. When Lucas Seco fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Raça Coral SC's protests and gave Lucas Seco a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Rebojo SS booed when Raça Coral SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dito Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Telmo Lago struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Gugu Munhoz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rebojo SS. After a rather tough play, Rebojo SS's Nicolas Correia got a free kick in the 90th minute. 91 minutes in the game, Belmiro de Souza dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The Rebojo SS players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Raça Coral SC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
