Jaguaruana AD's Nicolas Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorginho do Nascimento in the 63rd minute of play. Allan Matorin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicolas Vale having to make a save. The supporters of Pires booed when Jaguaruana AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chico Lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Pires left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jaguaruana AD.
