After 27 minutes, Vladimir da Rocha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moravania and the Marombas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Moravania getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Vladimir da Rocha hit a great ball. The supporters of Moravania booed when Marombas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriano de Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Marombas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vitinho Meirelles came free, but Gino Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vítor Dantas charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vítor Dantas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vitinho Meirelles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gino Tróia having to interfere. The supporters of Moravania booed when Marombas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waldir Faustino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gino Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vânderson Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 39 played minutes Moravania got a freekick which was hit by Vitinho Meirelles. In the 47th minute, Vânderson Mazza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gino Tróia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.

If Emerson Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Marombas FC's Jean Paulista got a free kick in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Moravania's Gilmar da Fonseca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gino Tróia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hamílton Leão didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Marombas FC's Waldir Faustino shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-2 in the ordered_time% minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Waldir Faustino in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hamílton Leão saved Moravania from getting behind. Waldir Faustino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waldir Faustino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hamílton Leão having to make a save. Marombas FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Moravania to leave the ground with a draw.
