Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Jânio Brodel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Apuhy EC's zone, Wellington Bueno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Rosado came out of the goal and Wellington Bueno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Augusto Moreno in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto Rosado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Apuhy EC's José Paulo Batista got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 16th minute, Pedro Augusto Moreno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th minute, Charles Cardozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes in the game, Wellington Bueno dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Amílton Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jânio Brodel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacinto Rosado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Augusto Moreno in the 33rd minute of play. When Ipuzinho FC's Pedro Augusto Moreno in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Apuhy EC's goalie prevented a goal. Gilmar França took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jacinto Rosado. Apuhy EC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, João Augusto Netto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amílton Pires. Ipuzinho FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Augusto Netto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Amílton Pires made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Augusto Netto in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Augusto Moreno to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute João Augusto Netto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amílton Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amílton Pires came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Apuhy EC's Jânio Brodel. But to his dismay, Jânio Brodel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Pedro Augusto Moreno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jacinto Rosado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Christian Messias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Rosado acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 67th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gilmar França. Ipuzinho FC's Wellington Bueno got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacinto Rosado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wellington Bueno in the 73rd minute. Wellington Bueno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th minute, Apuhy EC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pedro Augusto Moreno fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 80th match minute, Ipuzinho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan da Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, João Augusto Netto put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Amílton Pires. After 91 played minutes Ipuzinho FC got a freekick which was hit by Tarcisio Paraíba. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Augusto Netto in the 92nd minute of play forced Ipuzinho FC's goalkeeper Amílton Pires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apuhy EC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ipuzinho FC for a fine match.
