Dudu Vinhas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Bastos having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Meia Boca FC's goalkeeper Conrado Bastos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iuri Penha. Conrado Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dudu Vinhas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the game, one of Meia Boca FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pirajuhia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! Conrado Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudu Vinhas in the 46th minute of play. Hílton Abraão charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hílton Abraão the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th match minute, Pirajuhia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hílton Abraão to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dudu Vinhas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
