Jacinto Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igor Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bocianowski EC's Mazinho Magalhães proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Bocianowski EC from getting a goal against them. Igor Cerezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Armandinho Motta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Botelho in the 19th minute of play forced Canabravao FC's goalkeeper Armandinho Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Botelho took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armandinho Motta. Armandinho Motta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Yan Mandrak in the 34th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Mazinho Magalhães kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. 44 minutes into the game, Alfredo Paes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bocianowski EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Canabravao FC the free kick. The goalkeeper, Mazinho Magalhães, was totally fooled by Canabravao FC's Sandrinho Bertassi, who 45 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Armando Botelho was the one to do the kick off. Rodolfo Teixeira struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Mazinho Magalhães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canabravao FC. After 52 played minutes Canabravao FC got a freekick which was hit by Olívio Hermes. Bocianowski EC's Armando Botelho got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodolfo Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Armandinho Motta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Armandinho Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Botelho in the 66th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Armando Botelho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armandinho Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 92 minutes into the match, Canabravao FC's Rodolfo Teixeira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mazinho Magalhães narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 93 played minutes Canabravao FC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Fernandes. Igor Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Despite being the better team, Bocianowski EC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
