Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Túlio Ramos got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Jeremias de Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Pedro Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Gustavo Paes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexsandro Saldanha having to interfere. After 10 played minutes Pachecao FC got a freekick which was hit by Júlio Tasso. In the 11th minute, Amílton Zonta sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pachecao FC's Alexsandro Saldanha didn't even have to move. Curuzu's Túlio Ramos was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 13th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 20th minute, Túlio Ramos fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Alexsandro Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Túlio Ramos in the 21st minute of the match. Túlio Ramos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexsandro Saldanha having to make a save. After 27 played minutes, Pachecao FC's Júlio Tasso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper José Pedro Machado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pachecao FC reached it. After 31 minutes, Ivo Carneiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pachecao FC and the Curuzu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luís Gustavo Paes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alexsandro Saldanha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Pedro Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wanderson do Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 46th minute, Luís Gustavo Paes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Curuzu booed when Pachecao FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivo Carneiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Túlio Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Eliézer Brodel made the kick off in the second half. 2-0 became the score in the 55th minute when Túlio Ramos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Luís Gustavo Paes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Alexsandro Saldanha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Curuzu's Túlio Ramos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexsandro Saldanha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wanderson do Valle kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute. Though ot was a great shot Curuzu's keeper José Pedro Machado was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Wanderson do Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
