Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Leandro Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fabiano Faria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felippe Gaspar hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Carlos Sampaio got free with Pedrinho Miranda in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leandro Dias in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Fabiano Faria saved Pacatiba from getting behind. In the 12th minute, Dorian Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18thth minute of the game Dorian Gonçalves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pacatiba's Luís Fabiano Faria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leandro Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Luís Fabiano Faria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leandro Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlos Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrinho Miranda having to interfere. Luís Fabiano Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorian Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. José Carlos Sampaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrinho Miranda having to interfere. José Carlos Sampaios short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Pedrinho Miranda to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Pacatiba booed when GSNBLU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Eduardo Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th match minute, Pacatiba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Queiroz to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carlos Queiroz to make the kick off. In the 54th minute José Carlos Sampaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pacatiba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Queiroz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Leandro Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, GSNBLU's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Queiroz came free, but Pedrinho Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in GSNBLU's zone, José Carlos Sampaio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedrinho Miranda came out of the goal and José Carlos Sampaio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrinho Miranda having to interfere. Pedrinho Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Carlos Sampaio charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Carlos Sampaio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mathias Garcia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pedrinho Miranda. GSNBLU's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 87 minutes of play Pacatiba's José Carlos Sampaio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 87 played minutes Pacatiba got a freekick which was hit by José Carlos Sampaio. In the 90thth minute of the game Dorian Gonçalves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pacatiba's Luís Fabiano Faria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Leandro Dias could shoot a difficult shot in the 92nd minute, which Luís Fabiano Faria however easily saved by the left post. If Dorian Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Dias got free with Luís Fabiano Faria in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
