Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Artur Couto kicked off to start the match. When Breno Bittencourt came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Canche fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Breno Bittencourt couldn't finish the play. If Artur Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Breno Bittencourt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canche fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Róbson de Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Róbson de Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Brodosqui SC's goal looked a bit too open when Róbson de Senna came free, but Erivaldo dos Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breno Bittencourt in the 24th minute of play forced Brodosqui SC's goalkeeper Erivaldo dos Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Breno Bittencourt in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erivaldo dos Santos saved Brodosqui SC from getting behind. 31 minutes into the game, Artur Couto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Walmir Barbosa. Artur Couto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 34 minutes into the game, Juarês Paiva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Canche's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brodosqui SC the free kick. Juarês Paiva kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Gernando Abraão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Walmir Barbosa made a huge save. Gernando Abraão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walmir Barbosa having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Gernando Abraão got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Brodosqui SC booed when Canche was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júnior Cabral didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Breno Bittencourt made a kick off. Gernando Abraão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Couto in the 56th minute of play forced Canche's goalkeeper Walmir Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breno Bittencourt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Erivaldo dos Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute Breno Bittencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erivaldo dos Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, Artur Couto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Walmir Barbosa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Brodosqui SC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Lúcio Arósio hit a great ball. Róbson de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erivaldo dos Santos having to interfere.
