Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Walmir Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão Teles in the 3rd minute of the match. Elano Andrade hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Elano Andrade's late challenge caught a Zezito AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elano Andrade helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th match minute, Canche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elano Andrade to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Falcão Teles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zezito AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Falcão Teles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walmir Barbosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Falcão Teles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Walmir Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Washington Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbson de Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Falcão Teles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Adhemar da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walmir Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adhemar da Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Canche's goalkeeper Walmir Barbosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adhemar da Silveira. Falcão Teles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walmir Barbosa having to interfere. Walmir Barbosa came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Zezito AD's Falcão Teles. But to his dismay, Falcão Teles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Walmir Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Falcão Teles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Adhemar da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walmir Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Falcão Teles, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Falcão Teles to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Canche's Cícero Palmeira got a free kick in the 51st minute. After recieving a nice pass, Zezito AD's Felipe Cunha tried to score from far away in the 52nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Falcão Teles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Walmir Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adhemar da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute, Alfredinho Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Falcão Teles might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Walmir Barbosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Falcão Teles ran back to his position shaking his head. If Falcão Teles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Canche's Walmir Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão Teles in the 71st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Adhemar da Silveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walmir Barbosa was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Falcão Teles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breno Bittencourt in the 78th minute of play forced Zezito AD's goalkeeper Washington Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adhemar da Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walmir Barbosa having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Falcão Teles in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walmir Barbosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Walmir Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adhemar da Silveira in the 86th minute of play. Canche's Walmir Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão Teles in the 87th minute of play. Walmir Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adhemar da Silveira in the 88th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adhemar da Silveira in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walmir Barbosa saved Canche from getting behind. Washington Barral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breno Bittencourt in the 94th minute of the match. Zezito AD's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
