Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Jacaqua's Hélio Cardozo got a free kick in the 7th minute. João Paulo Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Leonardo Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Glyceria's João Paulo Secco got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Célio Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Glyceria booed when Jacaqua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thiago da Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacaqua's Leonardo Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Célio Zonta in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Glyceria's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Gustavo Penha came free, but Joaquim Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matías Valle struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Joaquim Braga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jacaqua. When Antônio Leite came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Jacaqua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antônio Leite couldn't finish the play. 37 minutes into the match, Jacaqua's Luiz Gustavo Penha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquim Braga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joaquim Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Gustavo Penha in the 39th minute of play. Glyceria's Joaquim Braga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Glyceria from getting a goal against them. After 41 played minutes Glyceria got a freekick which was hit by Richard Andrade. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Gustavo Penha in the 42nd minute of play forced Glyceria's goalkeeper Joaquim Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Luiz Gustavo Penha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Glyceria's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Gustavo Penha came free, but Joaquim Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luiz Gustavo Penha to make the kick off. If João Paulo Secco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that João Paulo Secco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonardo Esteves was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 77th minute of the match Emerson Santos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquim Braga skillfully saved the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Glyceria's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio Leite came free, but Joaquim Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute of the match Jacaqua got a corner. Glyceria's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sandro Cerezo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Jacaqua's Sandro Cerezo to fire away a dangerous shot which Joaquim Braga despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Glyceria walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
