Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Conrado Diniz started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Hermínio Meireles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elói Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 7 minutes, Ismael Bueno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iguape's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismael Bueno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedrão Cerezo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Conrado Diniz charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conrado Diniz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Conrado Diniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Iguape defense, Conrado Diniz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Fábio Favoretto. The Iguape fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Fábio Favoretto should have stopped the shot. When Conrado Diniz came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Jucal SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Diniz couldn't finish the play. Luís Fábio Favoretto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Diniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th match minute, Iguape was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Cosme to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Jucal SS's Abel Damião slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luís Fábio Favoretto. That made the score 4-0 after 38 minutes of play. Luís Fábio Favoretto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Damião, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ismael Bueno made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Iguape's Elói Moura dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. Elói Moura struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Frank Batista didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iguape. 57 minutes into the game, Abel Damião was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jucal SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Iguape the free kick. After a rather tough play, Jucal SS's Abel Damião got a free kick in the 57th minute. Conrado Diniz scored 5-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Fábio Favoretto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64th minute Conrado Diniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Fábio Favoretto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Bueno in the 70th minute of the match. Frank Batista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Luís Fábio Favoretto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agostinho Lopez in the 77th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Frederico Simões's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Fábio Favoretto was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Ismael Buenos short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Frank Batista to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Frederico Simões had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jucal SS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
