Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frederico de Queirós started the match with the kick off. When Matheus Xavier came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Cafuca EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matheus Xavier couldn't finish the play. If Luizinho Catarinense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Camargos booed when Cafuca EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiago Gabriel Tande didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edvaldo Porto, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cícero Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorival Furtado having to interfere. With his leg Osvaldo Motta managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Cafuca EC's Matheus Xavier fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 22nd match minute, Camargos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonçalo Aparecido to maneuver through the defense. When Camargos's Luizinho Catarinense in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cafuca EC's goalie prevented a goal. Frederico de Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Motta having to interfere. When the match had been going on for 32 minutes, Cafuca EC's Tiago Gabriel Tande got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Osvaldo Motta. In the 37th minute, Luizinho Catarinense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frederico de Queirós recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cícero Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorival Furtado having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Dorival Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luizinho Catarinense, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After 52 played minutes Cafuca EC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Souza. Cícero Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Dorival Furtado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Camargos booed when Cafuca EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cafuca EC's zone, Luizinho Catarinense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorival Furtado came out of the goal and Luizinho Catarinense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Camargos's goal looked a bit too open when Matheus Xavier came free, but Osvaldo Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Cafuca EC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Gualter Nogueira hit a great ball. Cafuca EC's Dorival Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luizinho Catarinense in the 64th minute of play. Frederico de Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Motta having to interfere. When Cafuca EC's Matheus Xavier in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Camargos's goalie prevented a goal. Thiago Bittencourt charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thiago Bittencourt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cafuca EC booed when Camargos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thiago Bittencourt didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Camargos's goal looked a bit too open when Frederico de Queirós came free, but Osvaldo Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 minutes, Eurico Toledo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cafuca EC and the Camargos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eurico Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. If Luizinho Catarinense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Matheus Xavier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Osvaldo Motta was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. 87 minutes into the match, Camargos's goal looked a bit too open when Matheus Xavier came free, but Osvaldo Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Luizinho Catarinense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Cícero Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
