Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sabino Santana kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute, Sabino Santana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eusébio Tande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Caveira SC's zone, Sabino Santana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dedê Silveira came out of the goal and Sabino Santana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Caveira SC's Fiori da Silva got a free kick in the 12th minute. Caveira SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Sabino Santana scored to the left of an out of position Dedê Silveira, making the score, 1-0. Caveira SC's Dedê Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabino Santana in the 15th minute of play. Dedê Silveira made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Sabino Santana sent off a good shot on target. After 18 played minutes Atlético Gaúcho got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Moreno. In the 24th minute of the game Eduardo Pinheiro made a throw-in which Benê Veloso played forward. Jeferson Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseu Berger in the 25th minute of play. Dedê Silveira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sabino Santana showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 30 minute of play. After 33 played minutes Caveira SC got a freekick which was hit by Dráuzio Freire. In the 34th minute, Mauro Zanette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute, Eliseu Berger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caveira SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sabino Santana in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dedê Silveira saved Caveira SC from getting behind. After having played for 57 minutes, Eusébio Tande managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Gaúcho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusébio Tande was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benê Veloso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Jeferson Mazza made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Sabino Santana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dedê Silveira was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Sabino Santana sped through Caveira SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dedê Silveira. Dedê Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sabino Santana's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. When Franklin Vinhas fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caveira SC's protests and gave Franklin Vinhas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Atlético Gaúcho booed when Caveira SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franklin Vinhas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Atlético Gaúcho's goalkeeper Jeferson Mazza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benê Veloso. Mauro Zanette hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Sabino Santana notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Caveira SC's Dedê Silveira. Dedê Silveira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benê Veloso charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benê Veloso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benê Veloso hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sabino Santana in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dedê Silveira saved Caveira SC from getting behind. In the 96thth minute of the game Sabino Santana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caveira SC's Dedê Silveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Atlético Gaúcho's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
