Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alvaro Berto charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alvaro Berto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Gualter Ramalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute, Gualter Ramalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Eugenio Ruy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A nice corner shot did that Zé Roberto do Vale got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jorge Lara quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Paulinho Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualter Ramalho in the 29th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gualter Ramalho in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Lara saved Anapolina from getting behind. Jorge Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualter Ramalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. If Paulinho Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39thth minute of the game Gualter Ramalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Anapolina's Jorge Lara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Locomotiva Miraguaense getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Fernão Penha hit a great ball. Anapolina's Rodrigo Veiga got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gualter Ramalho in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Lara saved Anapolina from getting behind. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gualter Ramalho to strike the kick off in the second half. Locomotiva Miraguaense's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paulinho Santana in the 53rd minute. The corner ended in Paulinho Santana almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Anapolina's Jorge Lara did a great save. Jorge Lara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gualter Ramalho's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Gernando Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Valdomiro Hames tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvaro Berto was shown his second yellow card after 59 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Anapolina booed when Locomotiva Miraguaense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Berto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gernando Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Hames having to interfere. Rodrigo Veiga was slow to take the kick. During this time Anapolina's players had a chance to rest. 83 minutes into the match, Locomotiva Miraguaense's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Cabral came free, but Valdomiro Hames reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gernando Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Renan Brodel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
