Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jairo Sabóia started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Juventus de PVH's zone, João Paulo de Amorim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Glauco de Senna came out of the goal and João Paulo de Amorim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arí Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Glauco de Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antônio Schmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Estrelado's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Sabóia came free, but Geovânio Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Sabóia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Geovânio Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Paulo de Amorim in the 24th minute of play forced Juventus de PVH's goalkeeper Glauco de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Estrelado's Antônio Schmidt got a free kick in the 28th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Juventus de PVH's zone, Antônio Schmidt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. In the 33rd match minute, Juventus de PVH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonsinho Souto to maneuver through the defense. If Davi Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juventus de PVH's Jairo Sabóia got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Davi Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Davi Pirani could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Geovânio Melo made a huge save. If Jairo Sabóia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geovânio Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Sabóia, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arí Lara to make the kick off. A very nice done corner allowed Dráuzio Braga to score against Glauco de Senna in Juventus de PVH's goal. 0-1 after 53 minutes. Glauco de Senna made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Paulo de Amorim in the 56th minute. When Erik Lima fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estrelado's protests and gave Erik Lima a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, one of Estrelado:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Estrelado. In the 61st minute there was a penalty for Juventus de PVH. Célio de Almeida stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Geovânio Melo. 1-1. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Estrelado's goalkeeper Geovânio Melo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71st match minute, Juventus de PVH was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flávio Lucas to maneuver through the defense. Glauco de Senna made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when João Paulo de Amorim sent off a good shot on target. Jairo Sabóia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 92 minutes, Jairo Sabóia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventus de PVH's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Sabóia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geovânio Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davi Pirani, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Despite being the better team, Juventus de PVH failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
