Charles Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Armandinho Vander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Marinho in the 8th minute of play forced Chora's goalkeeper Armandinho Vander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juarês Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogério Mangueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. If Charles Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diamantino de Barros received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Juarês Nóbrega came out and tried to block the shot, but Diamantino de Barros slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. Juarês Nóbrega made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Diamantino de Barros sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Quixabinha SC's Juarês Nóbrega got control of the ball when Diamantino de Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 27 played minutes Chora got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Toscano. Glauco Moreira charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Glauco Moreira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Chora's Glauco Moreira got a free kick in the 31st minute. After having played for 37 minutes, Breno Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quixabinha SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Breno Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Breno Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Quixabinha SC's Breno Amaral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armandinho Vander narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Charles Marinho came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Quixabinha SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charles Marinho couldn't finish the play. Rogério Mangueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute Breno Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armandinho Vander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Armandinho Vander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charles Marinho in the 75th minute of play. A collision led to Quixabinha SC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Charles Marinho hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Breno Amaral took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Armandinho Vander to make any attempt to save it. Quixabinha SC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
