Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Arí Mazza made the kick off which started today's match. Enéas de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Joélson das Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Enéas de Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gino Paiva kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Enio de Castro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Parurus SS's Flavinho Quirino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian da Rocha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Jorge Machado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 27 minutes, Enéas de Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Timbu EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enéas de Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joélson das Neves came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Timbu EC's Enéas de Azevedo. But to his dismay, Enéas de Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Enio de Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Christian da Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gino Paiva during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 40 played minutes Parurus SS got a freekick which was hit by Gino Paiva. Enéas de Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th match minute, Parurus SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gino Paiva to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a little luck, Parurus SS's Joélson das Neves got control of the ball when Enéas de Azevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Timbu EC's Enéas de Azevedo got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Enéas de Azevedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Timbu EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Arí Mazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arí Mazza in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joélson das Neves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With 72 minutes on the clock, Luís Guilherme Britto commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Parurus SS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Timbu EC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 75 minutes, Timbu EC's Patrick do Nascimento got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Joélson das Neves. The supporters of Timbu EC booed when Parurus SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perivaldo Vianna didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Timbu EC's Patrick do Nascimento broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Anselmo Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Timbu EC booed when Parurus SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexsandro Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arí Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Parurus SS's Joélson das Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arí Mazza in the 92nd minute of play. 98 minutes into the match, Parurus SS's goal looked a bit too open when Arí Mazza came free, but Joélson das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Timbu EC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Parurus SS.
