Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Eliézer Fernandes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Eliézer Fernandes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arí Soeiro was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Guilherme Cunha stood somewhat misplaced when Nuno Barbosa came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 15 minute. Guilherme Cunha was a little too slow when Nuno Barbosa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 3-0. 24 minutes into the game, Nuno Barbosa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Guilherme Cunha. Nuno Barbosa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Fluminense FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Nuno Barbosa 30 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-0. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Paulão Bezerra put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Guilherme Cunha. Guilherme Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The supporters of Fluminense FC booed when Baldim AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilton de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulão Bezerra kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Nuno Barbosa notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Fluminense FC's Guilherme Cunha. Guilherme Cunha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Guilherme Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Barbosa in the 60th minute of play. Baldim AD's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nuno Barbosa in the 61st minute. Nilton de Senna charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nilton de Senna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Guilherme Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Barbosa in the 71st minute of the match. Dedé Corrêa hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 74th match minute, Fluminense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ademar Porto to maneuver through the defense. Nuno Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
